Censor: Weapon of the vilest

In this world of few good men, fewer evil men, and bunch of followers -- censor is among the worse weapon of the fewer evil men across time and places. The wicked and corrupt minded will use Fear to win the naive by highlighting the weakness of the bunch of followers to eventually censor the few good men. The more we understand the factuality in the three different type of groups, the more we should understand the dangers of fear and censor.

Through evolution, it is evidently harder to censor but even scanty censor should be worrisome to the caring. The fewer evil men are not interested in censoring the bunch of followers but the few good men and those who echo them. So allowing one billion bunch of followers the right to expression should not blind us to bless or give room the censoring of a tainted image. We must not fear the voice of even the fewer evil men but bravely confront them by unweaving the hidden evil in their message. Since the few good men are still humans, imperfect, with limitations, and truly few – it is important for all of us to humbly see ourselves as bunch of followers who need to be open-minded and less-judgmental. More important is to seek skeptically and protect smartly the few good men – this means zero tolerance on censor, valuing thoughts from tarnished image, valuing and protecting all lives including the fewer evil men. Most important is to erase fear in ourselves by understanding the significant reality of the not few, but fewer evil men, who have to hide.

A misguided message can be fueled by greed in business or simple illusions of fear or arrogance in the propagator. Either way, society must choose something better than censor to contain such misinformation. We shouldn't cowardly claim the fewer will win the few over the followers in the search for the common good.

There is active censor and passive censor. Those who believe in passive censor may secretly resort to active censor in despair. As the western world police third world countries on extreme censor, there are worrisome laws, shrouded censor, in the west claiming to fight “hate”. We must understand the limitations and extreme dangers of such laws. Both the United States and Canada has such laws, perhaps reserved for the 'Marcus Garveys'. There are KKK web sites, hate messages and hate crimes in both countries. Hate crimes suspects are often acquitted and can even levitate after convictions. Still, they are pushing to eternally punish those who misspoke or use “hateful” message. Defining “hateful message” will be the first mighty challenge, not to mention applying appropriate effective punishment. Using such laws to charge or deport any 'Marcus Garvey' cannot delay evolution as the heathens may wish. The U.S had the agreeable Mr. Nelson Mandela on suspected “terrorist list” until recently and it was certainly for the purpose of censor beyond Mandela. Such laws are deterrence tactics that wrongly focus on “persons” instead of “thoughts”, thus inevitably take false comfort in the goodness of “persons” as effective results but ignorant to its deterrence of thoughts and other ill-effects.

If we tolerate such laws in the west, we cannot forbid them in any country. When the cartoonist mocked prophet Ahmat of Islam, some newspapers around the world including the U.S and Canada re-published the cartoons. In an Islamic country, it will be very easy to claim such message as hatred. A man who analyze or even criticize the words of Ahmat or Jesus may have lot more to offer humankind but may fall under the ill definition of hatred over the cartoonist. The sissy laws can easily protect cowardly caricaturing a person over bravely discussing thoughts.

The fewer evil men are crafty in hiding as cockroaches but deadly as snakes in venom. Whereas Semite means any linkage to Abraham in religion or blood, in the western world it seems to mean only Jews and Judaism. So western “anti-hatred” is mainly 'anti anti-Jews laws'. Mr. Salman Rushdie is defended and is not 'anti Semite' in his scurrilous provocation: “The Satanic verses”; Mr. Farakhan, a Muslim (Semite), is labeled anti-Semite for calling Judaism a “gutter religion”; Mr. David Ahenakew, a Canadian aboriginal leader, is charged for labeling Jews as “a disease”; President George W Bush labeled some countries “axis of evil”; Prime Minister Stephen Harper of Canada described killings of innocent people, by Israel, as “measured”; Mr. Geert Wilders, Dutch lawmaker and film maker, can legally castigate Islam; I am allowed to caricature Jesus Christ more than the newspapers did to Muhammad but never question Judaism. The inconsistency is not only hypocritical but dangerous as well. Cowardice is causing fights within the semitic religions and they want to establish censor laws that will affect agnostic freedom fighters. If we accept such laws in the west, how can we stop third world countries from fighting opponents through such laws?

Britain bars Mr. Louis Farrakhan of the Nation of Islam from Britain as a form of censor. Imagine the number of rappers in and outside Britain who say worse things than Mr. Farrakhan. Imagine the number of terrorists and gangsters Mr. Farrakhan could have change with his disagreeable message. What percentage of Farakhan's message is 'dangerous' and when was the last time he offended Jews? Still, they fear the voice of Mr. Farakhan than the worse rapper or rock star.

The U.S is certainly using such laws to bar others from entering the U.S. In Europe, Many Reggae artists are being censored with travel ban for echoing the bible on homosexuality. We cannot ban the bible and those artists are still echoing the message that is being played all over the world. When UK reggae artists echo the message, how do we have to punish them? Censor is just the wrong way that promotes only evil. The same Reggae artists will use the word murder or kill while making a dubplate (special song) for sound A against sound B and the next day for Sound B against sound A. They may say 'murder the pussy' in admiration. So the word kill or murder may have complete different meaning between two people. Most certainly, some reggae artists are homophobic but very few of them dare kill a person due to sexual orientation. Even without such echoing, some people will try to kill homosexuals. So how much censor can “save” lives arguably depends on miscalculations between thoughts, words, and actions. How can we censor dangerous thoughts if the focus is only on words?

The active effects of passive censor are manipulable in politics to insinuate fear or take credits in false comfort to justify evil standing. As long as people are terrified or do not understand the complex composition to their problems, cowards will bless censor. So our responsibilities must include erasing fear by showing the true relationship between thoughts, words, and actions. We must also re-explain after negative actions that allowing words thwarts negative actions more than any form of censor. Of course, the fewer evil men will argue they fight negative words and actions or accuse the good are naive to fight only actions. So we must re-argue that we fight negative thoughts, words, and actions – censor can never fight negative thoughts that may explode or hide to surprise with negative actions. We may still need to pin-point where and how words impedes negative words, thoughts, and actions. Like love, the relationship between thoughts, words, and actions in hatred is not a linear one-way traffic but a cyclic multi-path traffic that is interdependent.

In Showlove Trinity, we understand that the Individual, social, and political levels should harmoniously co-exist. However, principles and standards should not uniformly overlap within fields, much more levels. There are things we ought to differ as we ought to share. President Bill Clinton once wishfully said, “the era of big government is over.” The ugly realities of our time sharply contradict the beauty of his wishful wordings. I doubt if even Mr. Clinton understood his wordings considering his standing then and now. Explaining the correlation of the three levels to the average mind requires books, not article or paragraph. For too long, political leaders wore the shoes of social leaders causing social unrest. The era of big government may not be over but should definitely be over.

Censor at the individual level (between individuals) exists mainly after wrongful wordings. A sincere and timely apology is often enough to resolve problems at this level. Occasionally, across levels, there may be the need for explanation, limited probational snubbing, reasonable restitution or even justifiable imprecation. Censor at this level is really mild and is not the focus of this particular writing. It is censor within and between the social and political levels that is dangerous and worrisome to whoever understands the essence of words, freedom, and justice.

Censor within the levels not only infringes on rights but also disturbs the natural beauty in harmony. Worse of all, we apply censor in the name of standards and in the wrong direction. Yes! Learning requires “let's” but justice is more than obsession with punishment. We must render deserve choice before tolerance – that means possible huge difference before questioning or condemnation. The lower levels should scrutinize and police wordings of the higher levels more, instead of the reverse in present concentrations. Likewise, the standard of expectations cannot be uniformed nor imposed across levels. Every level should naturally resolve its problems with minimal help, preferably from the bottom, especially within the world of words. When people make gross mistakes with words, they often retract and repent with sincere remorse . So only the arrogant may deserve punishment, for wordings, that time can deliver. As such, the world has little reasons to fear words.

A defiant after mistaken wordings may deserve some form of hard lessons that should never include censor, nor eternal dissociation. Between thoughts, words, and deeds – who among humankind is free from negative thoughts? As a sinner, I cannot claim I will never wrong someone with deeds, so I prefer to wrong with words and urge utmost tolerance to those who wrong with words.

Moses was labeled “rudeboy” by pharaoh long before some foolish Jamaican singers are claiming that Jamaicans are the pioneers... of rudeboy with faulty deeds; Jesus Christ uttered offensive words and was certainly guilty of breaking laws with words; Ahmat establish Islam with beautiful but offensive criticisms of Christianity and beyond; The fight between communism and capitalism included very low wordings; Any form of bringing about change must be offensive somehow. So I authorize you to break unjust laws first with words and remind lawmakers that identifying the wrongs of our times must be offensive somehow. Constructive criticisms is like renovation that may include some form of demolition.

As a well meaning writer, there are things I may never write but never will I try to please humankind with wordings. My focus on how and why is very sensitive to when and where but blindly reach out to who may need in respect to what. I also happen to be song writer and pass-time singer. There are things I may comfortably say on a Dancehall beat but less likely on a roots Reggae beat. If a reckless journalist misinterprets my dancehall lyrics on mainstream Media – I belief I will be able to defend my wordings on any planet based on the circumspect six.

A song for the world, is not to the wide world. A writer has the duty to communicate measurably but also the reader has the responsibility to interpret with considerable honesty. As one faulty old African (wollof) saying, in respect to freedom of speech and value of tolerance, astutely says, “Words don't get ugly, it's the interpretation that gets ugly.” Presently, African leaders censor with up to death sentence, and western leaders censor with eternal dissociation, no-fly list, Visa denials, “suspected terrorist list”, intimidation and perhaps lot more. Another old African (wollof) saying says, “Bravery on your skin, goodness with your sweat.” You should not gamble pain on others' skin and claim it as “bravery”, nor should you overtax others' sweat to bribe nations you rob and hurt to claim it as “goodness”. Considering these beautiful African sayings, may be western evolution should humbly look back to the Africa they looked down upon, as we are losing too many 'Socrates'. Your intoxicated students are killing us -- A true African should never fear words.

In all honesty, my personal experience with the western world is relatively fair. I enjoy mixed 'favors' for my writing even at Government level. Presently, they are delaying my immigration papers on excuses and may even deny me my dues due to my writings. I know I would have won scholarships, Pulitzer prizes, or much more if I were to dance to their rhythms. I have solid evidence that I have been under surveillance since sept 11. In time, they may confess or declassify certain information to convince skeptics. Such worries, family advice or concerns, and 'censor laws' contributed to some form of self-censor. If a daring writer as myself can be affected, how many valuable thoughts may go unexpressed? Like I defied some friends and family advice to keep writing, I want my fellow writers to understand that death is too possible to be feared. Dissociation to “who” is cowardice to promote censor among cowards. If you learn anything from me, please understand that scanty western censor nearly deny you valuable information.

The evasive nature and image consciousness of the western world contribute to why the average mind may not even believe how censor exists in the West. Unlike torture, censor cannot be uncovered like the prisons in Iraq or Guantanomo Bay. Many minds will agree the prevalent fear in the west has augmented obsession with reckless 'punishment' based on mere suspicion. It is due to such cowardice why they spy over and censor harmless beings like myself to “prevent” problems in their sick minds. Those who torture suspects will certainly censor suspects. Some may argue the tortured are “terrorists” not ordinary suspects because they over-trust the west, under emotions for innocent people, or simply obsessed with punishment. Again, we see how DNA freed hundreds of death row suspects who were convicted by judges and juries through convincing “evidence” by the trusted. It is easy for governments to dig, demonize, and censor an innocent being they fear for whatever reason. The charges may not be over words... but the scrutiny, visa denials, dissociation etc indirectly over words are the hints about the dangerous form of censor beyond the shortsighted. We must collectively say no to censor, including passive censor. We must understand not every terror suspect is a terrorist, not every rape suspect is a rapist, and no“instigator” suspect deserves censor. When we unduly fear the terrorist, rapist, or activist, we may pursue them to the level of planting, influencing, or ignoring evidence under the illusion of 'fighting evil'. It is not fair to have a spy team watching over a writer/activist to eventually charge him/her on frivolous offences we ignore on millions. Certainly, it is much worse when fear resort us to denying dues, planting or ignoring evidence. Those who convict innocent “suspects” till DNA may censor innocent “suspects” who DNA cannot liberate. Those who deny visa over wordings may deny citizenship over wordings.We have western torture on video and law books , we freed western prisoners through DNA, but only brave minds can admit, expose, and curb Western censor.

In 2004, long before New York Times exposed the U.S government spy program, I wrote about the U.S keeping a database of those who borrow/purchase books they deem dangerous. I also noted in that article if they will 'spy' on readers, how much further will they go after writers of thoughts they deem dangerous. Luckily, I didn't reveal an FBI identity. Compare my hints as an individual long before New York times as an institution fell on Government's net over a similar problem. The problem is of fear more than anything and the answer can be any smart mind – so the cowards focus on those few minds.

The noble Koran tells us, “fear is something Satan casts in the hearts of human beings.” As a human being, I cannot stop Satan and her agents from casting fear. I admit I may fear for a minute or two, but I can assure you that I will never let fear live in me – I will cast it out. Instead of spy teams, It is wiser to have challenge teams who may privately or openly meet with my type rather than trying to censor us. I won't take bribery to betray justice but I am ever willing to learn better ways. If you believe we have the mind to influence minds but disagree with our methods, then you need to come talk to us rather than cowardly censor us. Any form of unjust pressure against my type attracts anger and incites avoidable fights. Censor augments problems, it doesn't minimize problems.

The beloved Jesus Christ mingled with prostitutes, thieves, under-representing tax collectors, and those who blasphemed God with words. Today, a leader may perfectly pardon murderers and dine with gangsters but the slightest association with people who misspoke is an outright 'disqualification.' We should be brave enough to share the podium with those who misspoke and rectify their wordings before their followers. If the devil deserves a due, then every human being deserves uncensored voice. The political leader who rejects lobbyist money may be taking gangsters' money. The lobbyist may not be worse than political millionaires asking minimum wage workers to contribute to campaigns of tearing down each other through unlimited ads instead of presenting meaningful policies that should include minimizing the duration and limits of political ads or methods of campaigning. Making association a problem encourages eternal dissociation against those who 'wrong' with words over deeds.

In the world of the circumspect six: What, When, HOW, Who, WHY, and Where -- Dissociation to “who” cannot be legit against a time proven repented sinner or someone willing to sincerely discuss the wrong aspect of “how” in wordings. A fraction of WHAT we say or a fraction of WHO we associate with cannot define who we are – instead it is the net HOW and WHY of our words, thoughts, and deeds that define us.

We must understand that we need wrongs on earth to fulfill the purpose of creation: Justice. Let the Muslims understand that Allah “wants to fill hell with men and Jinn”. Let the Christians understand that Jesus will not come to eternally dissociate with “who” due to wordings and embrace adulterers, abortionists, and gangsters. Let secular minds understand that Justice requires choice and tolerance – and words are least harmful and most useful to human evolution. If a “forgiving” Allah cannot forgive words, nor wait... or if a “savior” Jesus is a coward to words, then we ought to be cautious of a god descending from the sky, shouting “secularism!”, but cowardly promoting even scanty censor of dissociation or more.

My point is not to 'disrespect' religions, nor offend people, but to establish a factual notion that only mistaken creatures or a devil in disguise can fear words to the level of censor. I believe the real Allah and the real Jesus Christ are against censor and can patiently wait on 'intolerable' wordings. The problem is we make-up illusory regious and secular standards that are counter-productive. If we truly love Ahmat of Islam, Jesus Christ, or any good teacher, we should be able to see the hurdles they commonly faced was censor in different forms. Whenever a person or society undervalues the essence of learning new ways, there lies the dangerous form of arrogance that may reject the best of humankind.

The beloved Malcolm X is a perfect example of 'being ready to learn new or better ways' beyond words. If Mr. Malcolm X can evolve from some of his understandably 'low' racial thoughts and words; or if Abraham Lincoln, an ex-slave owner, deserves eternal recognition after evil thoughts, words, and deeds! Then we shouldn't be naive enough to promote 'thank you for hurting me less' attitude but we should be smart enough to admit people can evolve and no one deserves eternal censor. If the Western world does not deserve eternal condemnation then no where deserve eternal condemnation.

To avoid focusing on the past, I will recount a more recent example. Mr. Jeremiah Wright a pastor in the United States made world headline news for some remarks he made against the U.S government after September 11. As an ex-marine, Mr. Wright will no doubt bravely fight and fend off attacks for the United States. Evidently, he will also condemn whatever he believes could have contributed to such attacks. If we value him as a robot in deeds, then we can ungratefully censor him without limits. The political leaders who believe mere suspicion warrants dropping bombs have no right to question the social leaders who drop 'wrong' words to prevent dropping bombs. Like most political leaders, As President Bush was cowardly “at an undisclosed location” on sept 11, bravery or patriotism cannot be calling countries “axis of evil”, “dictators...” and recklessly authorizing wars that risk retaliation and leaving the weaker ones at 'disclose location.'

The social leader has a responsibility to inculcate what s/he believes may fend off future problems. When the social leader fails in his/her “how” aspect of teaching, we must not only focus on the “what” aspect and ignore the when and where... or worsen things by amplifying “what” in the wrong when,where and who. From sept 11, 2001 to march 2008, it seems as there was no danger in Mr. Wright's wordings to probably less than thousand people, yet those same wordings are perfectly 'dangerous' and amplified to millions of people. Is it politics that made his words dangerous? Is it words and thoughts placement that pacified the danger or is it punishing Mr. Wright with eternal condemnation or dissociation? If hundred people had the thoughts before Mr. Wright said the words, thousand people heard it without action, million people heard it and mostly condemned it– how can fear blinds us to censor words and ignore thoughts that may translate to negative actions? Do we truly understand the difference and effects of censor between thoughts, words, and actions ? Words may be the easiest one to censor but the least dangerous among the three.

Words remain as the source of life in every human progress. Words: is what religions claim as how God created the world. Words: is the reason the teachers deserve appreciation more than employers who cherry-pick to interview with words and may work with words. Words: is the bridge that amplifies and attenuates thoughts and actions in a cyclic manner. Words: is the contrivance of the upright as censor is the weapon of the vilest creatures. Words: is the timeless stratagem that can uplift or kill body and spirit with few exceptions. So the popular saying that “action speaks louder than words” is no more than an understandable faulty reminder to the ungrateful about the essence of consistency. Actions don't speak, actions impact harder only in the world of negativity . A creature that values or understands actions over words may yet to deserve the title human. The indirect is too deep for the short sighted or average human being. If it was all about actions then we ought to be more grateful to our parents than God ; then we ought to pay the laborer more than the manager. The three are complimentary and almost incomparable; still, words remain the central aspect sustaining and improving thoughts and deeds. In other words, barring words (censor) is the dorsal position detonating and debasing thoughts and deeds in a gamely manner. Indeed, there are countless issues where actions are important than words. On this topic, the question is what is more dangerous: words or actions? beyond this topic, We do not have to compare the contribution of a police officer VS. a teacher in social stability, we just have to modestly understand the essence of harmonious collaboration in appreciation.

Information restriction remains as the most dangerous form of censor within governments and between governments. The differences between political parties should never warrant censor, nor exclude discussions with perceived opponents or “enemies”. The same principle should be respected between governments. Human evolution is very complex and history provides formidable lessons about the dangers of fear through the exaggeration of the danger in different or mistaken creatures. Due to language barrier among other things, human beings beat donkeys and horses as the sole feasible communication means without efforts to understand their language, teach them a language or understand their thought pattern .We unnecessarily harm many creatures as “wild and dangerous animals”. Today, some of us have snakes and lions as pets through the power of words and gentle treatment. Almost every culture normalized or encouraged beating children in frustration, misunderstanding and intolerance. We normalized the maltreatment of others based on tribe, race, gender... while insisting 'words don't work' with the victims. If we read between the mentioned lines, we should understand that censor comes in many forms and shapes.

Admittedly, the worse sins aggregate through words and with words, but only without the subsumable words. Likewise, through our limitation, words may never be enough to improve some creatures but words should never be excluded in resolving differences. To effect changes between thoughts, words, and deeds — Idiocy is banking on luck for thoughts; Naivety is over trusting only words; Stupidity is leaning more on deeds; and Cruelty is over trusting only deeds. Every form of censor will include some form of fear but when censor is fueled by greed and arrogance, it becomes extremely dangerous . It is cowardice to lightly censor eloquent opponents but first: it is the stupidity or cruelty that decides no words (censor) and only negative deeds. When people censor based on “stupidity” accusations, they are unknowingly admitting fatuity in cruel resort. No form of power distribution warrants the evil choice in censor within and between creatures. The reason we can never urge impunity for opposition leaders or dictators between countries is because we can admit ruling parties are capable of instigating lawlessness, dereliction, or treason. Beyond politics, 'talking about' without 'talking to' may seem cowardice in face-value but could be lot worse.

There is enough evidence that words secretly shook every imaginable “dictator...” while they succumb in defiance with words, deeds, or thoughts. Humankind should always try to work together and never exclude discussions (words) before, during, or after 'fightings'.

The dangers in misinformation exist only in the void of necessary information. Like carbondioxide can be deadly, fart can be irritating, exhaust in machine can have negative effects – constriction remains as the common enemy in any form of iffy air. Human beings naturally and generally want agreeable results. In the pursue of the common good, our differences in preferred means shouldn't sway us to fear critics with the same end. My firm belief in how and/or why as true representatives of choice occasionally extends to include “when” as the closest resort in any search to identify the true colors of choice. The above happens to be consistent with my strong belief in “three days” or time as a crucial tool in understanding Showlove Trinity and Justice. “When” do we say alleged wrongs and “where” do we place perceived wrongs cannot be rectified with the cowardice in censor.

Demystifying begging in the Web of evil

Virtually everyone understands abusing power is evil but some are not smart enough to understand the evil in power worshiping. Likewise, most people consider love to be begged as arrogant and evil but a fraction of those people may condemn begging or beggars. Unless we understand the difference between means and end within the web of evil, then we may surprisingly entrap ourselves in the bitter side of the web of evil. ... The Wisdom in the Adam and Eve Story

Wisdom exists in fiction and non-fiction. Accordingly, we don't have to accept the Adam and Eve chronicle as fact to admit its marvelous wisdom. Personally, the story of Joseph is the most entertaining story in the Bible and the Koran but the most edutaining and wisdomatic is the Adam and Eve story . This is a story with astounding characters that sums up the most essential knowledge to help us on earth and possibly in life after death.

I will analyze the story as non-fiction using the originally characters but focusing on the Wisdom. If you an atheist or an arrogant indoctrinated feminist, please replace God with character A, Satan as character B, Eve as character C etc – And accompany me for the sake of the wisdom.

The Koran and the Bible claim God created Adam and Eve (Awa) and asked the angels to “make obeisance” to Adam. The angels did but Satan/Iblis refused. Beautiful conflict! Did God snapped, fired Satan for refusing orders, etc? No. Satan was asked why s/he didn't followed orders. Satan claims s/he was created from fire and Adam from Mud, so Satan assumes s/he is better. Wisdom, wisdom, wisdom but it was hidden to the elders. How can anyone who read this story claims superiority because God made them White, black, women, or men? May be the children of Satan (character B) still think in what and where from.

Anyway, God didn't demote Satan for refusing obeisance but for the how and why arrogance. Excuse me! 'I don't believe in God and Jigster you can't speak for God.' OK, I mean smart people ask and Judge based on how and why. A dummy boss may not fire a worker for refusing orders. Beside, Satan didn't refuse obeisance to God or those made of air, s/he only refused obeisance to muddy Adam. Now Satan said we should worship and beg each other instead of God. How many will fall on her trap?

The humble God is so Just that he gives the devil her due. Satan demanded her pay for how many 'years' of worship? Oops! I thought God created the world in “six days”. How much pay does Satan deserve for five and half days? Alright, we agreed we will focus on the wisdom. Good people respect the dues of even their enemies. If only the devil understood this wisdom, s/he won't be so bias in her media propaganda against Hip-Hop, nor will s/he be indifferent to the working poor.

Disgraced and angry, Satan defiantly sought avenge against Adam in these words, “Then I will certainly come to them from in front, behind, right-hand side and their left-hand side; and you will not find most of them thankful.” (The Koran 7:17”) . Wow! Did s/he said it in front of God and Adam or just before God alone? Seems like the latter, because s/he said “most of them”, not all of them. I thought it was just Adam and Eve or did Satan knew we will reproduce? Again, the wisdom is like what Mr. Abraham Lincoln declared about 'fooling some people and not all the people...'

First sign of God's anger or judgment: “Get out of this (state), despised, driven away -- whoever of them follow you, I will certainly fill hell with you all.” (Koran 7:18”). Wow! It seems as God did not favor us above Satan after all – if we do what Satan did, we will be punished. This is a perfect evidence that we cannot be good or bad based on God's choice. The big question is if Adam and Eve reproduced, did Satan reproduced or did s/he create a species (weed) as Jesus implied in Mathew Chapter 13: 24? Either way, I strongly believe Satan as a species multiplying just like us. The second big question is if some of Adam's children failed by following Satan, is it possible that the children of Satan to repent and follow the good children of Adam? Life is a distinctive test from collective tests.

Then God warned Adam about Satan as an “avowed enemy” to humankind. Allowed them to eat hundreds, thousands, or millions of different trees (fruits) but ordered them to stay away from one tree. Is it through Satan's determination or Adam's weakness did Adam fell? Here the bible and Koran have slightly different versions. In the Bible, “For Adam was formed first, then Eve; and Adam was not deceived [at first], but the woman was deceived and became a transgressor. Yet woman will be saved through bearing children, if she continues in faith and love and holiness, with modesty” (Timothy chapter 2: 13:). Some feminists reject Christianity based on this account. In the Koran , “But Satan made them both fall from it...” (2:36). Some other version of the Koran and narration of Prophet essentially echoed the Bible that Satan went through Eve to get Adam.

Needless to argue if it was the man's or woman's fault – the reality is they disobeyed God's order and Satan proved determination and success is not exclusively Godly. Didn't God said he will punish those who followed Satan? Is it not the same crime of disobeying? No! God is too smart to judge based on WHAT, he judges based on how and why. Satan disobeyed because of arrogance, where as Adam and Eve disobeyed due to fear and greed. Showlove Trinity claims there are only three main sins with corollaries. Fear, greed, and arrogance are the main sins but Arrogance is by far much worse. This does not mean fear and greed are not sins or punishable, certainly they are. Another sharp distinction between Satan and Adam's ways is repentance. Satan was defiant after sinning, whereas Adam felt shame. Here again it signals God tolerates more than he forgives and his 'tolerance' may include partial punishment . Those of humankind who sin in arrogance will be punished as God promised.

An interesting possibility is Satan misunderstood God's order. Why? Obeisance to us may not mean that we are better than Satan, nor the angels. May be God was celebrating what his “hands created in his own image”. Unknowingly, Satan disrespects God more than S/he disrespects our muddy nature. Again, mistake and misunderstanding due to arrogance is grave to God and the Godly. So there is no excuse for Satan. S/he impairs the celebration with distrust before choice. Everyone deserves open-skeptical mind and we shouldn't prejudge unless we are copying Satan.

Another thing that fascinates me about this story is the humble Nature of God through out the episode. I delayed to mention how the angels 'feared' humankind will be violent even before our creation. Were they right that we will shed blood or is Satan to be blamed? Is shedding blood the worse and only sin or did God denied the possibility? Certainly God is not a dictator as he discussed our creation before creating us. He made his decision but listened to the Angels and Satan even after disobeying. If God was raging even as a small storm, will Satan, Adam and Eve dared disobeyed God? One of the reason the heathens deny God's existence is his patience with the heathens– some of them will learn the hard way through karma or hell as surprise. It is almost like how the police and government may knowingly allow small criminals to surprise the kingpin. In the case of God it is not weakness but his love for Justice that allows injustices to ultimately fulfill Justice. God forbids himself injustice and rejoices through Justice.

There is lot more I can analyze in respect to this story but time and space may not advice. Trust me, there is no story in the Koran and Bible as this story. If we shouldn't abandon Hollywood fiction, no Satanic feminist should fool us to ignore the wisdom in this story. If they want to debate based on gender, the debate should be which gender is more guilty of fear, greed, and arrogance by copying or listening to 'aliens'? Demystifying begging in the Web of evil

Virtually everyone understands abusing power is evil but some are not smart enough to understand the evil in power worshiping. Likewise, most people consider love to be begged as arrogant and evil but a fraction of those people may condemn begging or beggars. Unless we understand the difference between means and end within the web of evil, then we may surprisingly entrap ourselves in the bitter side of the web of evil.

Showlove Trinity claims this is a world of few good men, fewer evil men, and bunch of followers – a statement meant to erase fear, instill humility, and convey hope that we are changeable as bunch of followers. The reality remains we have leanings as bunch of followers – and leaning defines WHO just as composition defines WHAT. So where do you lean – evil or good? Do you think and resist evil or do you just follow until you see a bitter end?

Between power abuse and power worshiping – is there a means and an end? Between begging and love to be begged – is there a means and an end? If we honestly study history, it shouldn't be hard to accept that most power abusing is just a means to be worshiped as powerful. Likewise, begging is a means and love to be begged is the end. Suppose it was a linear link, then power worshiping would have stopped power abuse but since it is a web of evils, power worshiping can only temporarily decrease power abuse. Likewise, since begging is a means, beggars are hoping to be begged occasionally to permanently. The above facts are the reason a sassy love to be begged may tradingly beg to give false hope or abuse power to maintain being worshiped. Due to conflict of interest and because evil is naturally shaky, the abused may eventually rebel to escape undue pain or to attain dreamt 'happiness'. This is exactly why begging is not only linked to love to be begged but also to forcing. It is a web of evils.

In the Bible, we are told Satan promised Jesus the whole world if Jesus will worship her. What will Satan gain from being worshiped? Being worshiped is the ultimate end for Satan and her agents. Secondly, Satan understands God hates power worshiping and won't tolerate it for Jesus or anyone. If you think power abuse is the sin, not power worshiping, then why Jesus did not worshiped her? If the beloved Jesus Christ turned down the whole world by refusing to worship power – why should we worship power to have a fraction of this world? Will Jesus beg a love to be begged boss to have a raise or be favored? Will Jesus beg a girl/boy because of beauty/power when he turned the whole world including million girls/boys?

In the Koran we are told “Allah forgives everything except attributing partners to Allah”. In other words, worship is for Allah alone, do not worship any form of power. Even if you do not worship Allah, I believe Allah MAY forgive you but worshiping other things or creatures is “unforgivable.” Also prophet Muhammad or Ahmat said, Mahdi (the guided one) will condemn begging.

Beyond religion, we have seen the characteristics of abusers and dictators in the web of evils: power abuse, power worshiping, begging, and love to be begged. Good people just have to understand Showlove Trinity: Let's learn, let's work, let's have fun is a Godly means to attain Justice that is centered on CHOICE and tolerance.

The Satanic species believe in power through indoctrination. God and Godly focus on choice through learning. Through evolution, “what was hidden to the elders is revealed to the babies.” I believe there were humans who always understood the evils in begging and refrained from begging and/or love to be begged. Power is indeed tempting as evident in the shortcomings of many 'good people' who unknowingly worship power. God rebuked Prophet Muhammad for what I called eying power. If a Prophet can commit mistake due to power then we are all prone to over value power. However, if a prophet is rebuked for eying power, then we can expect more than rebuke if anyone of us worships power, including begging.. For those unfamiliar with the story, In a nutshell, Prophet Muhammad was with a poor blind Muslim who was seeking knowledge and some rich non-Muslims visited him. So prophet Muhammad 'abandoned' the poor blind man with a “frown” to attend to the rich visitors and for that he was rebuked by Allah in Chapter 80 of the holy Koran, called “He Frowned” (Abassa). God does not want us to worship power, especially other's power. I am nearly certain that Ahmat attended to them for possible conversion to Islam. Still, he was clearly rebuked and rightly so.

So how many of us frown unnecessarily and still expect to be begged? How many of us deny others their dues because we love to be begged? How many of us cast fear to dominate others or be begged? Do we truly understand the effects of arrogance and how God hates arrogance?

You do not have to believe in God to understand the effects of begging or arrogance in general. Life is more than power. Success is not a qualifier of the best category and failure is not a qualifier of the worse category. Success and failure are mere attributes on earth. Even the heathens admit “to every action, there is a reaction.” So a begging action does not only produce a love to be begged reaction but it also fuels 'frowning and punishment' to non-beggars. Begging is the fuel within the web of evils. Think deeply about it and do not let fear and greed cause you to beg. Likewise, do not let greed and arrogance blind you about love to be begged. There is some cowardice in Obama, period. The question is: is he a smart coward or a dangerous coward? Or will he be a blessing like his name, Barack, means or will he aggravate to scathe implicitly. The man is almost worshiped as an angel in human body which makes it scary to question him in any way. So I will only use legitimate questions based on verifiable claims and hope that the open minded will understand his political games to possibly understand my worries. Obama seems to know what is right but will he do what is right, especially on international affairs? He repeatedly contradicts himself to ultimately admit reality after pressures. Still, I honestly admire the man and wish him well if he sincerely wishes well for humankind.

In 2004, when Obama made his speech at the Democratic convention he seeded a political identity with White America by quoting the declaration of independence, Claiming America believes, “all men are created equal...” knowing very well that “all men...” then excluded many types of men. In 2007/08, he repeatedly insisted that “there is no black America or white America”. Then he ultimately admitted and used the terms “white America, Black America” when he bravely confronted the Jeremiah Wright distractions. Beside the question of blighting the term users, anyone who understands politics and white America would give him A+ instead of blame him on such cowardly contradictions. My primary worries are will he continue to ignore Black America, Black Africa, and other oppressed people for political image? Honestly speaking if we no not pressure him, he may do exactly that.

Recently, he signed a fatuous bill to allow lawsuits on sexual pay discrimination. I wonder if there are similar laws on racial pay discrimination and how prevalent is racial pay discrimination or even access to the jobs. Obama should fully understand that laws are not enough to end such discriminations and women are not the only ones discriminated against. It would have been better to initiate a bureau that will concentrate on workplace injustices beyond pay and women. A bureau that will actively investigate, arrange settlements, and help launch lawsuits where necessary. Even if you believe women are the only ones discriminated against, how many women can investigate, know, prove, and shoulder lawsuit cost on discrimination? Then a hasty Judge may award millions to bankrupt a company that may have been paying some women over men through favoritism? Just as war should be last resort internationally, lawsuits should be last resort domestically. He knows that there are racial injustices at the workplace, he promised to pressure employers to shoulder health insurance, he knows favoritism and classism exist, and certainly gender discrimination exist -- why he didn't initiate a bureau for such problems which can create much needed jobs. May be he need to study the beloved Malcolm X to understand how to solve such problems. We need teaching and such bureau more than laws and headline lawsuits that aggrandizes only gender hatred.

Obama did well in bridging the racial political divide but he is encouraging the gender differences more than he may realize. In seeking women votes, he made beguile accusations of “misogyny” against hip-hop(black males). Hip-hop music bridged the racial divide before Obama and paved way for him. Hip-hop, Dominated by black males with patriarchal spirit line in a matriarchal western world may be too complex to some teenagers but not an educated 'Obama'. Obviously the problem is beyond Obama, we saw how Hillary Clinton and others play on female minds and dangerously claim discrimination after million men voted for her. We badly need politicians who understand gender spiritual wars can be as dangerous as racial enmity. Belligerent rhetorics and laws must approach such problems beyond its face value: gender or race.

I have heard Obama many times where he seems not only to understand black problems in America but seems to sincerely care beyond the black race. However, we must say rhetoric is not enough. We must teach him: Life is a distinctive test from collective tests. Otherwise, he may continue to echo unfounded allegations like “misogyny” or much worse. Let's teach him, Michelle, and Sasha that misunderstood terms or even faulty words do not amount to misogyny. We must tell him and America that Black people, especially black males, are just misunderstood but not necessarily bad. The problems Black America faces are too complex for such an article but I promise to enlighten on it.

On foreign policies: After winning the elections before his swearing in – Obama made a very heartless dangerous comment that, 'If someone was throwing stones at his compound, he will do anything protect his children' -- he was basically defending Israeli Aggression. How short sighted and dangerously simplistic? How about if the Palestinians saw it exactly that way? Coincidentally, Israel bombed even a United Nation compound – history should question if the United nation was harboring terrorists to warrant such reckless attacks, or if comments like that of Obama contributed to such attacks. Choosing Ms. Hillary Clinton , as secretary of state, who once said she will “obliterate” a country/ countries for Israel should raises serious questions if Obama is really for change within America only? Should we buy his claim that the ideas will be coming from him? I know the pressure will coming from the 'Clintons' , which he dares not deny but will the pressure be coming from us as well? He first avoided commenting on the issue claiming 'it is important for America to speak with one voice'. How about his different voice on Iraq? Who pressured him to make those unfortunate remarks ?

In regards to Africa, before visiting Africa he declared, 'I will tell Africans that is up to them to build Africa'. Again it was politically wise to say so but does he really believe so or should we pressure him to face reality? In a global village and with the blessings of technology – there is enough to uplift everyone who is ready to learn, work, and respects others' right to have fun. Indifference is an excuse the caring won't buy and will avoid. Unless he believes “all men...” today means only Americans, Obama's position on 'sharing the wealth' should embrace every hard worker beyond the domestic level. I have never called for western dispense for every African problem. Like him, I do not think reparation as the only approach but I certainly believe that the western world is responsible for most of Africa's problems and should redress us through opportunities and sincere repentance. If America is spending billions of dollars annually on Israel, one country – Then how much Obama thinks over fifty countries deserve? Will Obama continue U.S subsidies of even cotton to starve farmers in third world countries? Will he understand just as America needs jobs, we need jobs too? What will he do about land mines manufacturers who are target-less terrorists than “terrorists”? Will America continue to discourage investors from Africa, preferring Asia? These and other legitimate questions should be asked now considering his words and directions. We cannot keep applauding him to wait for a bigger indifference in his third year. How many western countries are now panicking with less than twenty percent unemployment rate, fearing souring crime rate or civil unrest – and how many African countries survived 30, 40, 50, or 60 % unemployment rate partly due to western policies? The problem is not solely on African leaders.

Ms. Clinton said it is “no accident” that she is in Asia first and we know America is likely to continue to financially support Israel regardless of her 'economic meltdown'. Obama bluffly threatened even Canada over Nafta, retracted and is visiting Canada tomorrow as his first presidential international visit. I care less when Obama and Clinton may visit Africa but we shouldn't settle for about 10% of the Asia/Canada proceeds as Aids aid. We need jobs! Jobs!! Jobs!!! If Obama do not want to initiate a road map for Africa, let us present it to him. If Obama do not want to stop some harms to Africa, let us say enough with one voice. With or Without the western world, no more settling as mere consumers and aid recipients.

Black America must also understand the need to pressure any government. Obama is still a politician who seems to be little different but need that push. We must fight, at least with words. There is nothing wrong in being a smart coward to achieve Justice for all. Mr. Abraham Lincoln may not have succeeded if he spoke his mind. I do believe in 'focus to win being brave or coward' –But once you are in power, there shouldn't be cowardice.

Personally, I want to advise Obama to understand Justice and tolerance as inseparable. To understand that people cannot be irreversibly good or bad based on God's choice – that is race, gender, geographical position etc. Race, sex, and other God's choices come with blessings and challenges (weaknesses) for testing purpose. We ought to appreciate each others' blessings without worshiping and help improve each others' challenges with learning, tolerance, and contentment. The above boundaries are highly significant; appreciate! not worship, nor demean; Improve! Not despise, nor ignore. People may claim equality wishfully or to mean differently but the reality remains Human beings are not created equal when it comes to power – our choices are also very diverse. Accordingly, the wise will never question God about power distribution but will be ever steadfast in analyzing choice proportionately. Palin-McCain – Too dangerous for the world

John McCain may be dangerous but Sarah Palin is certainly dangerous! Beside the understandable fear of McCain's health due to age, it is the nature of the U.S constitution that warrants vice presidential candidates to be examined and scrutinized as presidential candidates. An assassination, natural death, resignation due to health/scandal... can easily make a vice-president a president.

While I am not surprised that ordinary Americans welcome her as surprise, it saddens me that the mainstream Media embraces her on claims and obscure affirmations. They keep describing her as “pro-life”, “hockey-mum”, and under-scrutinized her experience, illusory religious leaning, and meretricious accomplishments .

“Pro-life”? The media should not complyingly devote such acclamations to the Republicans and certainly not to a frantic person like Palin. I fully understand it is term supposedly deduced and limited to abortion standing. However, Labels are political enough to influence weak minds, thus deserve scrutiny and perhaps corrections. A person who supports the death penalty, pro-war, and pro-hunting shouldn't acclaim “pro-life” as a political label to win the emotional. We can call them anti-abortionists or pro-painful life until they coin a term more befitting. The fact is there are many cruel abortions that emotionally affect millions who may sympathize with anything “pro-life”.

Just because Palin kept a Down Syndrome baby or arrogantly thinks she can decide for others on abortion cannot make her “pro-life”. She had the choice to abort the child and her 'party' or keep the baby and surge politically – she chose the latter. She personally goes on hunting, killing healthy non-down syndrome babies frivolously. She described the Iraq war as “task from God” -- a war that was waged on lies and taking countless innocent lives. She supports the death penalty and we know the countless suspects who were/are on death row but acquitted by DNA. How can such a person be called “pro-life”? When she, McCain, and Barack Obama rhetorically appeal through the emotional distress of abused Children to justify the death penalty, we should remind them they are hypocrites or simply misguided on a too complex issue.

Likewise, we cannot let her call herself a “hockey mum” and we applaudingly repeat to her political gain. Why can't we call her “hunting mum” or “double standard-mum” on her pregnant daughter? We saw how she rightly defended her daughter and how Republicans are fond of harsh words and minority-stereotype against out of wed-lock pregnancy. The emotional 'basketball-mums' may vote for her due to such label but only to be blamed on 'poor parenting' on every Gang bang and unwanted pregnancy. I doubt if Rappers can influence her son to be a gang banger more than her hunting habits. Even more, I doubt if her “poor parenting” led to her daughter's pregnancy or if she can “reform” Washington and our poor girls when she cannot straighten her rich daughter/house in less problematic Alaska. It takes more than money to make good person but it also takes more than teaching and punishment to make a good person or society.

On international affairs, she is extremely dangerous. Her stand on Iran is worse than McCain who sang “bomb, bomb, bomb Iran”. On her first interview after dodging the media, she talked tough on Russia and claimed Russia attacked Georgia “unprovoked”. Even, the proven liars, George W Bush and his administration, admitted Georgia attacked first. The Bible described the devil as “liar and murderer”. We all know the Iraq war was waged on lies and is murdering people. Imagine a person who called that war a “task from God”, lied that Russia attacked Georgia “unprovoked” and suggest Nato should 'fight' for Georgia. Considering these facts, shouldn't we ask is Palin 'catapult by Satan from Nowhere'?

Alaska was part of Russia. Although the official History books claim the U.S bought the Land from Russia in 1867 but became a state only in 1959. Alaska is so isolated that it has no border with any U.S state, it is between Canada and Russia. Satan will have a very easy Job if America is dumb enough to vote Palin. Satan can either influence Russia to reclaim Alaska with financial offer or influence Palin to claim Russia attacked Georgia “unprovoked” and now ' hunting on our land or they are stealing our oil unprovoked...'. I guess the Americans who believed George W Bush may then believe Palin or should they understand the dangers of mendacious presidents and avoid voting Palin?

On meretricious Achievements: Whereas Alaska is big land wise, it is among the least populated states. Alaska also happens to be one of the riches places on earth in respect to natural resources. So a governor who lords over such a rich place with little over half a million people cannot mean she can lead a populated U.S and 'populated world' with limited resources. Even the smallest country in mainland Africa, The Gambia, is over twice more populous than Alaska. With all of Alaska's Resources, Palin heartlessly squeezed federal money from poorer states to rich Alaska, even as the U.S is in recession. Alaska is too different from the rest of America for Palin to understand America, much more the world.

John McCain is a paving shield but the fewer evil men prefer Palin and will somehow remove McCain if America is dumb enough to vote McCain-Palin. To substantiate my spiritual insight requires a deep look in the “Neo-cons” inner circle. McCain as a person is not bad enough for the fewer evil men and their resort support comes with a plan. McCain may have voted “90%” with George Bush but has been too vocal against preferred positions of the neo-cons to be labeled “maverick” and hated by the very people who secondly support him today. For example, Ms. Ann Coulter, a misandrist racist with Islamo-phobia was so much against McCain that she once claimed she will support Ms. Hillary Clinton over McCain. Ann Coulter, a fervent republican, wrote countless articles against McCain but is not only supporting McCain today, she titled “The best man turns out to be a woman” when Palin was picked. Coulter is intrinsically against Men, Blacks, and Islam beyond calling for Ms. Clinton to “divorce” Bill Clinton in 2008 over 90's Monica Lewinsky, or defending the 'Jesse Helms' as non-racist, rages and hate Islam so much to still refer Obama as “Hussein” for political misinformation. Well before the Reverend Wright's remarks... she clinged her evil spirit against Obama without reason. After the Wright's remarks and Obama's speech, Coulter claimed Obama was wrong on existing racism and insisted Obama should instead talk about the out-of -wed-lock children of blacks among other things. Today, she is defending Palin's daughter. She used to talk about Barack's “limited experience” but she is mute on Palin isolated experience to handle America's complex problems. Time and space won't allow me to detail other examples but there are countless 'Ann Coulters' whose resort support for McCain due to Palin is banking on betrayal and ultimate control of Palin as “Pitbull” if America is dumb enough.

Too conservative: Both McCain and Palin are too conservative with hypocritical religious leaning to stand up to today's challenges and shape better future. Their standing on Kyoto and climate change is too shameful. They kept referring to building a America as our “founding fathers” wanted. Neither the 'founded mothers' among the Indians, nor the 'struggling spirits' of the blacks, nor the 'evolved white children' want to be dictated on the faulty interpretations of your “founding fathers”. I want to remind you and the world about a beautiful African saying that states, “the world is not inherited from our parents, it is borrowed from our children.” The wisdom in this saying is centered on “inherited” and “borrowed” -- what is inherited is own... what is borroowed should be carefully guarded and return. Those who erroneously think parents (past) and children (future) are the key words may illusorily impose “parental thoughts” like “founding fathers”. The best of Humankind including the beloved Jesus Christ, Abraham, and Ahmat of Mecca suffered because the heathens wanted to conserve their father's ways – con-serve serves cons in this world of evolution. How to rescue the music world and restore respect for intellectual property.

Music is the most voluminous and most threatened form of intellectual property. Accordingly, it is befitting to rescue the music world or debauch respect for intellectual property. I blame the record companies and the governments on different levels I will descant with suggestive rectification. This is more than protecting artists, it is about protecting industries and principles. It is a world of singers, song writers, producers, Disc Jockeys, etc but it also a world of music teachers, music institutions, music factories, music retailers, music lawyers, etc – All of which are threatened more than they may realize.

Lack of foresight and resolve has left record companies whining and suing people, while governments keep blaming artists and appeasing with misguided copyright laws. I will show you step by step why the record companies and governments deserve the most blame. Most importantly, I will show the world the way forward that will benefit artists, society, record companies, and governments.

A viable solution must concur with Time, Love, and Justice. So I will list the Major points, which I will detail as sub-titles:

1. Introduce digital kiosks different from Internet Formats.
2. Establish a third party for consumer and independent artists' interest.
3. Negotiate reasonable rates under regulated range.
4. Work with manufacturers for 'non-transferable' codes and 'non-connectable' devices.
5. Work with Governments to hold device manufacturers responsible.
6 .Educate the people to support intellectual property.
7. Educate the people on sacrificing convenience to rescue undeserved pain.
8. Rectify Wrong Arguments with inclusive accommodation.
9. Differentiate professional fair use from consumer piracy.
10. Do it independently if need be.

Understanding The Digital Age

Musically, we are in the non-physical digital age, which I will simply call the digital music. The physical digital age of Cds and DVDs was/is transitional. Neither the record companies nor the governments understood it before and still fumblingly dragging their feet to ride with time. We must respect people's comfort unless it threatens undue 'discomfort'. Most people value digital music more than CDs and DVDs. Assuredly, we should gently faze cds/dvds and we should focus on making money digitally rather than trying to discourage digital music. The convenience in digital music is not comparable to the bulky and fragile nature of CDs.

Introduce digital kiosks different from Internet Formats.

It is almost impossible to clean the Internet, so let us bail-out and introduce new digital venues. The record stores should have been transformed to digital stores but the big guys killed them softly. We cannot rely on MP3 or any present format. It is easy to introduce a new digital formats and device manufacturers must comply with standards favorable to the survival of the digital kiosks. Music boost the Internet, was strong before the Internet, and should be able to survive without the Internet. We need digital music but we don't need the Internet for digital music. The number of musical searches on the Internet and how people wait for hours to see artists should instill courage that people will search for music beyond the Internet. We can build the kiosks as big movie theaters, malls, unique social venues and/or as small as independent ATM machines. It should be under no more than three big companies but with franchisee possibilities like the theater business.

Establish a third party for consumer and independent artists' interest

Record companies should work with governments but there should be a third party 'Association' that should look after consumer interest and independent artists interest. Selling Rates, age regulations, rising artists inclusions etc cannot be entrusted to neither government, nor the record companies. Now that we know how cheap Tera-bytes of hard drives are, every copyrighted song, with about $100 submission fee, should be given at least one year selling chance on the Appreciative and Conscientious Digital Kiosks. Subsequent years will depend on selling power or artists to shoulder the minimal hosting cost.

Negotiate reasonable rates under regulated range

We don't need rigid price control but a regulated selling range. The level of greed record companies demonstrated was enough for God to come down and crush the world. Instead, He allows the Internet and other things to humble them. CD sound tracks were at times more expensive than Movie tapes. Also we need regulated compensation range that will protect song writers, producers, singers etc- we should not allow grossly unjust contracts. Even with the high cost of CD then, many artists were paid less than a dollar on a CD. We need something like a 'minimum wage' (working range) for the fields: producers, song writers, singers etc..

Work with manufacturers for 'non-transferable' codes and 'non-connectable' devices.

Literally, we cannot have 'non-transferable' codes or non-connectable devices but the essence of the kiosks should be to make it harder for the unscrupulous on Intellectual property. The devices for the kiosks shouldn't be Ipod or anything existing. Imagine Appreciative and conscientious devices that connect to well guarded kiosks but barely connect to your computer and many other devices unless they meet new technical compliance.

By 'non-connectable', I mean restrictive technical measures that will be hard to explain to the average reader. I have solid technical ideas that will guard the plan and I can explain the feasibility to technically oriented people. It will cripple the piracy, not necessarily kill it. Most people wouldn't try/encourage extreme piracy measures if the selling rates are reasonable. The few that may try it will find it tough if my undisclosed technical guidelines are respected.

Work with Governments to hold device manufacturers responsible

Device manufacturers must understand the need to work together and to responsibly understand responsibility. They should not create pro-piracy devices and should pay dues like restaurants, and other entertainment venues paid “Fair use” royalties. They should not sabotage the kiosks formats in any way. People buy 'Ipod' not due to the value of an empty 'Ipod' but for the thousands of songs that deserve apportion on contribution merits. There should be limited size on such piracy devices. Empty cds/dvds should be 'controlled products' with limitation to how much one can buy or give solid reason.

Educate the people to support intellectual property.

If the rates are reasonable, it shouldn't be hard to convince people that not only artists deserve to be paid but too many professions are threatened. It is either we do something now or it is stupid for students to pay over $30,000 to learn music production, be a copyright lawyer, or research on musical products. Many of those who are heavily investing time and money on music realated are likely to be jobless without a revolutionary rescue. If we normalize piracy, our children are less likely to respect any form of intellectual property and will be proned to wrongly extend 'getting away' attitude on other issues.

Educate the people on sacrificing 'convenience' to rescue undeserved pain.

It was not inconvenience to go the record store to struggle between records and cds, it is not inconvenience to go the movie theater, it will eventually be normal to visit the kiosks were you can hear sample and buy music that you can conscientiously enjoy. We can actually design them in a manner that will attract people more than malls, zoos, clubs, etc.

Rectify Wrong Arguments with inclusive accommodation.

Virtually every wrong argument contains exiguous reality. For example, 'how piracy help some artists rise'. Exposure can be accommodated through these kiosks. People will be able to listen to samples before buying.

Consumer example: 'people have the right to copy what they bought to use....' – Wrong! Intellectual property is like any other property. When you buy something it is for you (who for one where). You can move your refrigerator but you shouldn't (and cannot) use one refrigerator at two places at the same time. On things like music and software, people mistaken CAN as SHOULD. Microsoft is powerful enough to say one licensed software for one computer and people are learning to respect it. So why should they have the “right” to make MP3 players to copy ghetto music. Warranty can be bought or given away, if you buy through our digital kiosks we will record your name and device ID and can replace the songs if your device is broken or stolen. We can give you discount on a second device or buy different songs for your car. We can accommodate many arguments, I just don't want a long list of examples.

Differentiate professional “Fair Use” from consumer piracy.

Primarily, “Fair Use” is the modification of an intellectual property for possible improvisation to promote learning between professionals. Secondarily, Fair Use is the utilization of an intellectual property to promote working between professionals. Either way, the purpose of Fair Use is to promote deserved fun within the boundaries of Love and Justice through extended compensations. Consumer piracy thwarts learning, discourages working and deserved fun – we must never confuse the two. Consumers deserve fair price, not “fair use.”

Do it independently if need be.

This rescue is possible even without governments. Few record companies, few dedicated top artists, or a billionaire can take it as private business and easily win the war. Millions who prefer digital music are buying CDS due to conscience, millions of us are downloading but will quickly switch to affordable legal digital music that guarantees artists compensations. Even if we have to start with thousand cities, 1000 rising artists, and 50% of top 100 artists– It can guarantee billions of dollars. We can have mobile servises for smaller cities. The organization could be lot better than the Internet without worries for viruses and other scams. It can free traffic on the Internet so that other important Internet work can be done.

The wrong approach of Record companies and Governments.

Record companies will be foolish to think they can play and win with the 'freebie junkies' on the World Wide Web and Governments will find it tough to dent the problem with copyright laws. Recently, Canada passed a copyright law that may punish consumers with fine of up to $20,000. How unrealistic? Will they ignore millions and use it as censor law against activists or disgrace few of the famous? The minimum wage is still under $10 per hour – Imagine a university student being bothered over sharing a song when little is done by record companies and governments . The problem is barely with the reacting consumers, we have to control access. Many consumers don't have credit cards for the Internet, some won't risk Identity theft on countless sites that may pay the artists about five cents or lie about the downloaded times.

Personal story:

Vinyls were for the professional and I love quality. Back in the 90's, I was still fascinated with vinyls (records) , barely touched Cds due to delicacy and other things, hated magnetic tapes for their physical fragility and reluctantly got into digital music for conscientious reasons. Although I spent thousands of dollars on music, My love for music was stronger than what I can afford; so I tried to make money musically to support my music appetite. I had the opportunity to make lot of money through 'legal' piracy in Africa but my conscience was disturbed and I stayed away. Then years after, I remember how friends and families ridiculed me for refusing to buy bootleg copies while copying borrowed cds – my argument was why encourage the 'bad guys'. My conscience was fading for various reasons. Now, should I risk my credit on what I can get 'free'? Buying digital music from the Internet may not support the artists as some sites claim. So, like most people, I am downloading music with a guilty conscience but I am willing to repent and support hard working artists as evident in my efforts.

Conclusion:

Beyond music, we can use similar guidelines to guard other fields of intellectual property. The problem is more than what is admitted. No government or institution can make an accurate guess on the problem. Imagine how many terabytes of apple Ipod is sold, Microsoft, Sony, and many companies are pursuing digital music because record companies choose to FOLLOW... instead of LEAD the direction of digital music. It is about sacrifice. Even 100 top artists can shift the wind and control the future more responsibly. It will be lot easier to fight MP3 if we are sure there is no legal MP3 for 'Alicia keys' and the top hundred artists. Worldwide! I have no doubt that at least thirty million people are listening to Alicia Key's new songs, yet she is yet to reach platinum on her new record. It shouldn't be hard to convince her and many other artists to join a worthy revolution. I skip important points to avoid a lengthy article. Stop the cowardice, be brave, and start the revolution. Media irresponbilities in U.S primaries

Although sexual and racial imbalances still exist in the United States, the fact remains most ordinary people see beyond race or sex, especially in politics. Unfortunately, the mainstream media continue to wrongly present some candidates in such low identities. They are either thinking lower than the average, exaggerating an exiguous reality, or simply provoking misguided tensions. A black president cannot explicitly translate to black elevation, just as a female president cannot subjugate the male species as a misandrist goddess may wish in futility. So the media should educate the few misguided minds for public interest (public elevation) rather than exaggerate them as “public interest” (public gullibility) that underplays evolution.

In this world of few good men, fewer evil men, and bunch of followers. Evil knows no color or sex. Likewise, the fewer evil men just wants to multiply evil, tactless to whom or by whom. A percentage of a foolish race or sex may accept bribery of supremacy but power and time will eventually subdue to Justice. We cannot deny race or sex base evil existed and still exist. Likewise, we should bravely accept black-sheep warriors and connivers will always exist.

The fewer evil men know the art of indoctrination and politics in general. Colin Powell, a disgraced black spirit, argued against reparation for Africa weeks before September 11 and argued for what is costing billions of dollars to destroy a country: Iraq. Condolezza Rice, a modern house Negro, made irresponsible comments after Katrina when many white people condemned the U.S government. How can we know Obama will be any different? How many males contributed to feminist laws before Hillary Clinton should be commended for tolerating Bill Clinton or be questioned how she will treat future 'Bill Clintons'? The average mind understands the problems to race and sex base injustices are presently more about misunderstanding than any thing. So brave minds are the solution.

Admittedly, few blacks may prefer Obama based on race but I am quite certain that about that same number of whites are supporting or hating Obama because he is black. There are conscientious whites who are naturally inclined towards blacks for various reasons.

The high number of black people supporting Obama has more to do with his extreme liberal standing, eloquence, and charisma. Even the media admits that Obama is more liberal than Clinton, and generally Blacks had always voted for the most liberal candidate; Even Ms. Clinton acknowledged that Obama is very eloquent, and black people, especially women love that; Everyone knows what “coolness” means to black Americans. So in all honesty, if you were to turn Obama to a white person with the same qualities, he will still earn most of the black votes. He is like a more liberal Bill Clinton who was admired for puffing Marijuana among other things.While most white women were not very happy with how Ms. Clinton handled the Bill Clinton's affair, Dr. Maya Angelou described her as “strong like a real woman...”. So the Media should let the misinformed know why exactly Obama is so popular within Blacks. Moderate liberal white women who vote for Clinton are not necessarily voting based on race or sex.

If we could have painted Condolezza Rice and Colin Powell with the darkest color, they wouldn't be able to earn quarter of black votes. It is simply beyond race and sex. Another reason why some blacks may support Obama is due to the blunder the Clintons made. Ms. Clinton made a huge mistake in bringing Dr. Martin Luther King Jr in to today's politics and worsen things by suggesting a 'white' president (Mr. Johnson) made the “civil rights dream (under-achievements) a reality”. If she made the same remarks while competing with Hitler, she may lose some black votes to Hitler. Black people are tired of trailing and insulting lies that even slavery was 'doing us a favor'.

The interesting lesson in the above comparison includes the need for the Black race to understand than pressure from the bottom can effect meaningful change. We need many 'Martin Luther Kings' more than we need Obama as president. It was pressure that made an ex-slave owner, Mr. Abraham Lincoln, to abolish slavery and retain many other form of injustices towards black people. Somehow, president Bush wants black people to submit to the Republican party for a resort choice as a favor. It was pressure and fear of more 'Malcolm Xs' why the fewer evil men credited Martin Luther king for the civil rights under-achievements. Somehow, Ms. Clinton is withdrawing the scanty-credits.

We need more 'Ms. Maya Angelous' more than Ms. Clinton as president. Without disrespect to Obama and Clinton, may the intellectual bravery and sincerity of Dr. Maya Angelou be an inspirational guide on Obama, Clinton, and beyond. Considering her unspeakable childhood experience, who have more “right” to hate, fear, and distrust men more than Ms. Angelou? Yet still, her writings and spirit are lovely, brave, and comely. She is like a secular saint where misandrous leaning could have make her a goddess.

The Media is partly to be blamed for the racial tension in the United States. They have chosen black as the “opposite race” and often compare us with whites. Black is not the opposite of white until they can tell us the opposite of yellow, purple, and green. The differences between the races should be appreciated under choice and tolerance while we respectfully urge learning. If all they want is competition, I said bring it on and I will gladly help you propagate your terms, “opposite race...”. Similar things can be said on the sexes.

Another interesting issue is the charge that Obama is a Muslim in disguise. This is very shameful for a country that claims secularism and tolerance. The mere fact that Obama has to strongly deny the charges implies hatred or extreme fear towards Muslims. I guess American Muslims has to fight to be accepted as blacks.

Most politicians, Including Obama and Clinton, will ride with the people instead of lead the people. The media should pressure them to focus on the most important issues in respect to public interest and in accordance to Justice. Just as they can ignore Republican candidates who may win the U.S presidency and give false polls, the focus should be more on thoughts, not personal attacks and certainly not deceased people; it should be about the future, not the past; On human choices, not God's choice; Secular, not who is Mormon or Muslim and over-trumpeting issues like abortion standing.
